I eat the foods from the the reipes everyday.. Frits are good espilly grapefurit fills you up.. Or The Det book for Teengers only.. Barns& Noble, Borders, Amazon. It is a popular book for teengers who are loseing weight or starting out.. You make up a password you got to remeber it. Try out Eating Well it is not a fad diet it is a very good diet.. Dont give up for your weight goal dont skip breakfast...
