That's when I started gaining. I went from 150 to 220 in two years. I can't stop overeating and im embarrassed to exercise so I don't know what to do. Also, I kinda like having such a big belly but I know its unhealthy so I should try and get rid of it. But I like being fat so much.

Be proud that your trying to lose weight =)Snacking is okay, its actually good because it means you are less likely to overeat at a meal because your not as hungry, but its got to be healthy snacks. Things like peanuts, apples, blueberries are all great metabolism boosters. Cut all junk food out of your diet, no soda. Drink a ton of water, and if your not really a big water drinker (like me) try flavored water. As for main meals, I'll say what my doctor told me, "It's not what you eat, but how many calories you are eating." Be extremely careful, check and see how many calories in in something before eating it. For my dinners I eat HealthyOnes meals, they are delicious and only 270 calories per meal. Don't eat after 6pm, just drink water. 70% of weight loss is eating healthy, so just stick with it and even if you don't exercise every single day your sure to see results quickly. You should still exercise though, at least 3 times a week. Just go for a 20 minute power walk, walk up a hill, dance like Jessica said. Exercise does not have to be a pain, it can be enjoyable. Also be sure to do muscle toning (sit up, crunches, push ups)at least 2 times a week because if you don't and lose a ton of weight you will look flabby...which is not good XD Hope my advice helped, good luck <3

I close my door, Eat less one sering per meal, and also no sceonds, Drink water eight glass of water a day, have whole grain snacks, apples, bananas, grapes, oranges, Trail mix, get rid of all your unhealthy snacks, from your room, and toss them in the Kitchen garbage, or ask somebody in your family to hide it. No looking for it. Take a walk or little a jog, for 15-miuntes or 60 miuntes, talk to your family or friends who are willing to help you lose you lose weight.
