Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 100 lb - Hi, I'm not that overweight, but I still want to lose a little bit. (My goal weight is not 100, I just don't know what it should be, 100 would be too skinny for someone my height.) Does horseback riding help you lose weight? I'm going to be doing that this summer and I'm curious. It doesn't seem like it, though. I'm obsessed with smoothies and I use ingredients like bananas, protein powder, yogurt, almond butter, strawberries, pineapple, honey, chocolate milk.... Does any one have any healthy blender recipes? I got a mini blender for my birtday so I'm wondering. I think that I'm taller than 5 3 which would put me in the healthy weight range. But anyone would say I'm a bit"puffy"... So, thanks and please reply!
