Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - So I've been trying to eat a little less the past few days, and do things like pushups, crunches, etc. I haven't weighed myself so I don't know if it's working. 18 pounds doesn't seem like alot, but I keep dreading the moment where I give up, because I'm known to not stick to anything that I start. Anyway, good luck to everybody.

well just ask yourself when you want to give up, do i really wanna be overweight all my life? you can do it! keep up the great work!

I have the same issue as you.
I eat small blanced meals. And water, or only diet sodas, the pink cans of diet soda tases nasty.
I eat a lot of healthy food, no fatty foods so often. Drink a lot of water, every day, do some running. And walking.
