I don't know what to do! I try not to let anybody know that I'm trying to lose weight, which makes it so much harder. I've only made small changes, so I'm probably not going to lose any weight. I eat a little less at each meal, don't take seconds, do some pushups, crunches, etc. everyday, but it just seems so hopeless! I really want to be thin, but I just am on the verge of giving up AGAIN! I was planning on being 120 by June 13, (the day we leave for our trip. Can I lose 18 pounds in about a month and two weeks? Probably not. I've only been going for a couple days now, not even a week, and I can't stick to it! How pathetic... My huge stomach and chubby legs are horrible. Out of school P.E. and home exercises, all I have is soccer practice, which I HATE going. I don't fit in there... If I were to continue my slightly changed routine, would I even lose any weight? help
