Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - (I might not be 138, I haven't weighed myself lately) What are your weight loss strategies? I'm kinda lost!

i heard it helps if you drink alot of water. try walking on a track. it helps you sleep better and i also heard youll loose weight if you sleep more
