Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 135 lb - I lost 14 pounds!!! It's been a while since I last posted but since then i've lost 14 POUNDS! It's amazing the difference I see in my face and stomach already. I'm so happy and thought I'd share the news with you! Good luck everyone, keep it up! :)
