From jazmin, Age 17 - 05/24/11 - IP#: 69.143.42.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'1", Start: 148 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - all my life i felt something was wrong with me....my sister is small and i love her but i dont knw why im big..my father says i get it from his side. no one in my family knows this but i wake up in the morning and dont want to look in the mirror..it hurts so much sumtimes that i want to hurt myself....i pinch or punch thats all but those moments make the frustration go away...my ex knows everything im goin through , he's my bestfriend but my problem has caused me to become mean to him. right now as im writting this i feel beautiful....now its gone...i feel ugly again. i wrk out every day and no change tht i want to give up...my class trip is cumming up soon and every one asks am i going swimming..i say no afraid tht i will b made fun off....i hope tht some one who undertands what im going through will reply...just sum one plz mzaybe we can wrk together to make this happen :)

I know what it was like to be upset about my weight, over a year a go, you know what I used to dislike swiming because of my stomach, I never gave up, I am loseing weight by exriseing, eating less, dont eat in front of your computer or the tv, eat only in the kitchen, or outside if you have a back pouch that has a table with a bench, ride a bike or scctor, running, jog, walking, up to town, for an hour walking around or walk the dog, try swiming alone at first in your backyard if you have one.... Dont give up reacing to your goal, I felt the same way last year... Eat small blanced meals, veggtables, and furit, Strawberries, other healhty furits that are in sessean. Drink 8 glass of water everyday.... Replace junk food, with healthy snacks... Instead, drink diet snapple, Spring water.... You can reach 135 pounds by your trip for swiming by eating less, and excriseing more often and drinking more water, and less sugar drinks, I promise you will be happy and feeling better about yourself... Frisber is a fun actictvy to play outside when it is nice outside with a friend or with your mom, or dad... Sister.. This tip workks very well, only eat when you are truely hungery... I have done track it helps me lose, weight,, do running after school in your back yard,, instead of eating because you are borad.. I have done this many times... It has worked.. I hope I have helped...
