I love how it makes me feel. I want to help people around me be fit and healthy too but it will take some work. To help me out i have made a list of things that me and my family can do together or alone so we stay away from food. My fav one is listen to music and dance because i love music and even though i can't dance i try to have fun and make a fool of myself. LOL Life is so much better when you are more confident of your self.

Pounds, 118 pounds, is a good weight for 5'2 I would start mini goals first, why not 195 pounds, first, Ride a bike, today is a holiday, go take a hike today.. The weather is really nice,
