I've always been big, but at 16, I am the biggest I have EVER been at 320 pounds and a size 24 pants. I've been trying since I was 5 to lose weight. At one point I was below 180, and was still getting told that it wasn't good enough, that I wasn't good enough. Now I wish I would have never listened to people. It's hard for me to look in the mirror now. I hate myself. I hate that I have to cut down all the time, and I can't eat in public without feeling ashamed.. I'm graduating in a year, and for my graduation I want to be at least down to a size 20.

And seafod grilled is very good for weight loss. Samon, grilled shrimp, cat fish, Lostber, crabs, have one egg a day, half cup creal, half cup, half 2% milk, when I just eaten my meal do I need more food? if the anwser is no, I tell myslef I dont need more food, my brian is lying to me.. I get Trinton gum, they are only 5 calores, or 0 calore, water from fresh is 0 calories, excriseing will help you lose weigh Kelly. You are very pretty no matter.
