Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I fond out that I need to get strenth in my arms, my arms are not strong, It sounds like I need to do weighrts, not the high price ones.. Any ideas I can get my arms strong? I mean I been trying to get my arms, strong, I srank a little bit, I was told I mostly likely lost 10 pounds from this past fall, 155 pounds, I hope to be 142 pounds , by my brithday.

you should swim because it really tests your arms and legs it works believe me!
