Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 286 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I just went and weighed myself, and i realized the weight in the one i posted earlier was wrong. that was from three weeks ago, so it looks like i gained more weight. Its all going to my stomach. I tried to convince myself earlier when i wanted mc donalds that i didnt need it...but I went and got a ton of fries and two burgers for dinner, anyway. and a large milkshake afterwards. it was sooo good! i love my stomach even though its very large but i have noticed its getting harder to do stuff - i have to squeeze through some doorways and i cant button my pants as well... :/

Amy I know how you feel, being overweight; I ask myself do I need more food? or I just ate, I dont need more food, my brain is lying to me, drink a lot of water, plain, flavored no claories, eat less, have half meat, and half vetable, or half touf food.. It is called the food plate.. Excriseing will help you, Amy, I promise you, that' dont be discourged it is a mistake, we all make mistakes, on here, I made mistakes, sometimes, with eating more food then I should have, calroies for your age and hight 1408 calories, I usually try 500 calories or under... Bike, slow running, jog, jumping jacks, strechs. Walk the dog, your friend's dog or your neigbros's dog. Ask your neigbors's and your partens, also, or do jump rope, and weights, and swimming, knoeing, boating, roller sakateing, ice skateing.. Bring a water bottle... with you..
Put water in your junk food,
Lucy tip is have sour milk in a small jar, and it will help you like junk food less.
