I'm scared I won't be able to loose it. Its like a little voice in my had that say your not good enough or that I can't loose the weight. I don't know what to do! Can u help me?

Liz I know how felt to have the voice in my head say the same thing, I just ingroe it now, 120 is too skinny for 5'5 I would aim 130 or 125 pounds.. For 5'5 .. Liz dont give up, the chance of reaching 130 pounds, I tell the voice to leave me alone, Liz I know it is difficult to ingroe, I know you can do it. Drink a lots of water, excrie will you, and cut your meal in half. Cut your meat in half enjoy the one half, and have the other half for dinner, or for the next day, there are lot of furits you could try, Raspberries, peaches, Blueberries, and mealons, blackberries. Vegtables, Tomots, Pepers, be carefull some of them can very spicy, marshoons, Plums, and eggplants not fried just grilled, cut orange flaved sodas, and sprite, and regualr coke.. Salds, ceaser, and a garedn sald, when you eat out when getting a sald ask the watior or warites to put the sald dressing on the side.. I have done many times and has worked for me, Liz. String beans, peas, Briocl, lecter. Fresh. and avoid anything fried or breaded. And anything on the high calorie sized.. I hope to have helped Jessica 15
