Reply from Jessica, Age 15 - 07/05/11 - IP#: 71.2.33.xxx Jasmine, I know how you feel being overweight, It dose feel good being the fat girl in my faimly, I drink water, a lot, and furit, vegtables, and 85% lean meat, bluebeeries, raspberries, peachs, plums, cherries, melons. Tomots, leucte, string beans, broicl, mushions, clery, carrots, and lots of high fiber. And eat small amounths of your meals, cut your meat in half and eat one half, and the other for dinner, or for the next day. Excrise will help you get the weight off, and you will noicte the difftence in your stomach, legs, back, and chin.. Dont give up... Ride bike, slow running, jog, walking, jump rope, roller skate, ice skateing, dancing, teenis, softball, jazz.. There are all kinds of excrise to try out just for fun. I hope to have helped Jessica 15
