I do have some tips, drink a lot of water, excrise will help you lose weight, you will nocite the diffctern in your stomach, bones, hips, and neck, back, and legs. You will be able to walk faster and run better. Go on a bike ride, or go on a hike, swiming, joging, eat less, cut your meat in half, eat the one half and the other half later or the next day. I have done it many times, try that out I promise you it will work. Dont give up, you will get there... No seconds.. Half meat, half vetgable, or half touf.. If you have an I pod, or an apple player, use it for excrseing, and have a water bottle with you. It is difficult to lose weight. Once you have done it .. And lose weight. You will say to yourslef, I am a brand new woman, and weight loss was worth it.. I hope to have helped, Jessica 15.
