You lose about 10 pounds every mounth, lose two pounds a week.. Drink 8 glass of water everyday.. Excrise bike, walking, running, jog, weight lefting, jump rope, strecths, eat less, cut in half what you eat. Eat one half and eat the other half later or the next day.. Walk the dog or frined's dog or your neighbor's dog.. I am 16. I tried doing that once wanting to lose weight fast. I found that not safe. Dont try fad diets. Dont be discourged Lisa, can lose 1-2 pounds a week.. Example swimming and horse back riding.. Dont hurt yourself.. I hope to have helped Jessica 16
