I was obese as a kid but i grew into my weight slowly and by 8th grade i was only 2 lbs overweight. Well this summer i didn't pay attention to anything and i gained 10 bs.I personally dont see it but the scale does.Last summer i worked out alot and didnt gain a pound. This summer i worked out a little and gained 10. So yeah..this is my sophmore year of high school and I'm not doing this anymore. By Thanksgiving I wanna have lost 15 lbs. Any suggestions? Drink a lot of water, watch less TV, walking, running, jog, Bike, scctor, jump rope, strecths. Walk the dog or your friend's dog or the negibors's dog. Ask the negibor's frist and your mom and dad also. I hope to have helped Jessica 16
