Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 115 lb - I'm so over being fat I can't even keep a bf without ppl pointin say why her ehts wrong with me my mom just offers junk food my s-dad dnt care my sis piks on me and I can do it alone but not when every ones against my plan hlp I'm strtin by drink wtr and wlkin round my neighbor hood should I eat a craker and thas eat cuz nuthin wrks except for when I get sick and throw up but I cnt do tht forever yuk! I need advice dr. All say the same moms over wieht s dads overweight cnt I be diiferent? :(

Starr don't be discourged, dont give up reaching your goal weight!! Ask your mom to hide the junk food where you cant see so easily, put lalbes on the canvents, put your healthy snacks in your canvent an the junk food in your mom and dad's cavent. So you don't get mixed up, drink lots of water, make a healthy dinner and eat early so you wont get tempted to eat the junk food. Go for a walk, running, jog, jump rope, weight liefting, strecths, swimming, walk the dog, or your friend's dog or the neigbors dog . Ask the neigbors first and your mom and dad also.
