Ht. 5'8", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 160 lb - Hey guys. I have been having a rough time in the weight loss department. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago, but I have gained most of it back in the last couple of months. I have started riding my bike nearly 20 miles a day, but I am still gaining weight. I'm really starting to lose hope. I need a buddy, or multiple buddies, that I can talk to for support. Does anybody have any ideas?

Don't give up Emma! It is muscle, please don't give up, drink lots of water, try jump rope, walking, running, jog.. And strecths, swimming.
