Ht. 5'6", Start: 260 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 188 lb - The last couple of weeks have been good. So far I've lost 5 pounds and almost reached the goal I set for my self to when school starts which is tomorrow. I hope I'm going to be able to keep up the good work and not just gain it back like I've done many times in the past.
I'm also super nervous about tomorrow because I'll be staring in a whole new school in a new city without any of my old friends.

@Jessica I've been overweight all my life so I don't think I'll ever get down to that. When I'm down to 188 I'll be real proud of myself because I'll be happier and healthier. When I reach 188 I might keep on going but if I put up a goal at 130 which I think is an unachivable goal. I'll just be disappointed at myself. I'm doing this step by step a little bit at a time.

I would aim 13-125 pounds for your hight 5'6.. 130 pounds is healthy for someone your ht.
