today is goin super good!Ill post after dinner what i ate.Ive been on the bowlflex and jump ropein`. im starting to do strength traning.also untill you do cardio like jumproping,jumping jacks and whatever gets ur heart pumping dont spt train,it willhave no effect bc you have to burn your fat off first :) also look at Aliza`s tip post its awesome!

Great job on the jump roping!! and if you keep doing it everyday, and do it at Pe!! you can do it faster.
