Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! 2day went well! i biked 4.5-5 miles (by force :P -i had 2 bike 2 skool 4 a 1st aid class), my mom took my out 4 ice cream and i didnt eat the whole thing! ...don't know if ive ever done that intentionally...
Melissa, i drank TONS of water literally!!!! -thanx 4 the tip! i divided my weight and i was supposed 2 have about 9 1/2, 8 oz cups- i definitely had more!!! :) heres my food from 2day: Breakfast: 1/2 bowl pb crunch and 1/2 bowl cheerios w/ 2%rdcdftmlk, water, Lunch: matzah brai (its this bread baked only for lk 10 minutes - made w/ scrambled eggs- alittle like french toast), salad bag w/ a few vegis w/ italian dressing,water, Dinner: small clementine, noodle soflay (leftover from yesterday), salad bag w/ italian dressing, banana, water Snacks: most of a small softserve cone( i didnt finish it :D) -had it between breakfast and lunch
