Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I always ask myself when I have money on me, at georcey stores, with candy around,, it gets very tempting, any advice about that? I was at Walmart this afternoon,, I was nervss, my brain was saying get the candy,, I was like no,, I dont need it.. Remeber Dr. Phill says, it is not neaccrey for life,, I use Dr. Phill's tip!! it works very very well!! for me! when my friend is eating chips,, I eat my raw veggies instead!! when my friend was drinking soda I drank water instead,, or low calore ice teaed!! when I was with my male friend James a mounth a go!! I only took the healthy stuff, I had the hambuger plain, with lectuce tomote, and onions,, !! I looked at the sodas this is very tempting for me,, I was very scared.. But James helped, get away from the temptons!!! I huged him after that!! we are just friends! I poured water most of that eveing, I wish I could go back to July 1!!! 2011.. I get pretty exicted when I see James,, he cherrs me up!! I sat right with him,, when the sunset was setting down,, I even wrote a book called my Austict life!! I was nonverbal but,, then it was like a bomb blow up all from no where!!! I wrote it in my notebook.

Try tracking your eating habits and weight. It might help you out a little. I heard of this great site for kids called mychildshealth.net they even give you rewards for signing on, blogging and recording your information. Check it out and good luck
