It's no longer a rule that i have to suck up and follow. i now love eating healthy foods and i feel better. i know what to put in my body and what its goign to do to help me. it makes your skin much clearer and you feel much better. i would suggest to everyone that they read up on health and the human anatomy because once you KNOW all there is to know, losing weight is a serious piece of cake. :) also, i have two quick questions. does anyone out there know how to get rid of that stubborn flab of fat under the upper arm? also, how do you get rid of stretch marks? if you can help, please reply! thanks (: all of you guys are absolutley BEAUTIFUL!!! <3
