Ive gotten a little heavier since last time i posted. I now weigh about 152 pounds. But I have a question because i have a friend a little heavier then me. Well, about 25 pounds heavier. Shes a little younger than I. I like my large belly inna way. Should I try gaining up to her? And then loose weight with her?

If she wants to lose weight with you, you can still lose weight with her without having to be the same weight as her. Just tell her that you want to lose weight with her but won't gain any more to be the same as her. I've gained weight back before a while ago and had to re-lose it. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, knowing I couldve lost more weight had I never gained it back. Don't do it..No offense to your friend but she isn't worth it

I would start loseing weight now, and get moving, CupCake How I got got out of the 160's is by cuting my large portions to small portions, I ask myself I am hungrey? or I am thristy? or is my brain just lying to me? you gotta ask yourself these qustions.. You are going to hurt yourself really that will put you in Womens 1X dont do this please, I willing to do anything to supprot even I am older then. I had the same thing eat to much, my male friend gave me advice ! dont eat what you dont need you will only cause harm, to your body and you ablity to run, and walk, and can damge you health,, and you could get ditabets,, they never go away.. Eat less, I recommmand a food jounral, it keeps track of how much you eat and excrise routes, and calories, do walking every day,, there are things you can do at home, like doing the garabge, and the recylceing, and the languary, and walk the dog, have half vegtable, half furit, half meat}or touf. And a small glass of milk.. Running is the best to burn calories.. Ask your friend if she wants to join with you to do walks togther and do slow running or jog. I hope to have helped Jessica 16.
