Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys!
So yall know that my goal is 125, that is 23 pounds away from my goal weight!Anyway i`ve decied i will break it into “mini” goals.Yall are probally like what does that mean, so it means my goal is 125, but my mini is 140!the next would be 135,130,125! so im only four mini goals away from my ideal weight! :D so in the next couple of months/weeks i will slowly be cutting back on carbs, munchies and white bread!also im gonna drink only ice water,iced tea,and milk in the next couple of months/weeks i have soda once a month so im gonna cut back alot to! V-day dress/boyfriend/ bikini body here i come (also crunches here i come!)!!! Well please wish me luck, tips and support is greatly aprecateted!<3 u guys! :D

YOU can do it!!!! keep it up!!! and mini goals sounds good! -i have those too! ...my 1st mini is to be 139.9 :) aka under 140!!
