Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 180.1 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 170 lb - I am now 180.1. this is horrible! i brought my weight down to 171-172 and now i gained almost 12-13 pounds back! it's also pretty noticable! idk what is wrong with me. I work out, but its my food intake which is HORRIBLE. i have now completely lost motivation.. i really needa get a grip on myself =/

listen to me. you currently have two options. option one: give up and continue gaining wieght and being overweight and getting bigger. or option two: get yourself together, gain strength, and perservere, keep going! which one seems smarter? it may not be easy at the beginning, but one day you will be at a healthy weight, and you'll look back on this dilemma and thank yourself that you chose option two. you CAN do this. so, option one... or two?

Dont take this the wrong way,but u might not have lost weight, you probally lost water weight!Water weight is acsess water gain through alot of sodium(salt) and you may have cut it out for a while but gained it back(water weight is also stored incase the body feels “indangered or needs to go in “survival mode”)!So dont be dissipointed! you lost 4.4 pounds!BE PROUD OF THAT! GOODLUCK!<3
