I weighed myself at 156 pounds today which is the highest ive ever been. Ive been eating alot of fatty foods like donuts, chips, chocolate and drinking alot of soda. My stomach looks alot bigger. And my jeans are snug on me. I think ive hit a growth spurt in height and thats why ive been so hungry. Help?

I am hungrey because my body needs fule? I am hungrey because food is stareing at my face? if that the case walk away from it. Drink lots of water, in a 8 oz glass, water bottle, to bring for school, I believe you can do it! why not and prey to ask the Lord Jesus Christ! I would write down how much you are eating in a food jounrial, it is a really great tool to use I recmand it have apples, bannanas, oranges, pears, CupCake if you need advice I got a lot of stuff that could get re movatined. I like to run, if your not a runner like me, try walking, fast food can go up 1143. Colaries, I draw to keep my cravesing away, try jump rope, or walking the dog. I hope to have helped Jessica 16.
