Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 118 lb - Behold... the promised smoothie recipes! They're an amazing fruity snack you can drink even on the go. A good way to start the day without missing breakfast and a low-calorie good for you snack- the perfect treat!
I can only post one right now so here it is:
a cup of mango- its naturally sweet!
a scoop of low fat vanilla ice-cream or a cup of low fat regular yogurt
A cup of milk- can be regular skim, but to make it more yummy I use chocolate soy milk- SAME AMOUNT OF CALORIES!
some honey if you have a serious sweet tooth but make sure its all natural and keep it down to a table spoon max.
You just blend all that. It takes only about 5 minutes to make and if you dance while you do it you'll be happier and losing weight!
I'm still on track with weight loss(yay!) and looking forward to my ideal weight.
