Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 118 lb - What I do apples at times, I use an apple cutter, and I put the slices on a small plate and the peanut butter the ones you have to stir and a small glass of milk, very healthy, if you guys want something healthy with apples, no sugar peanut is better then skimpy.
This the tip I use a lot Fall-Winter unitl early spring. April I stop, to warm by then.
