Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - Well my scale bailed on me so I don't know how much I lost. I need to do some weight exercises, but I really don't know how. All I have are 2 1lb weights. I need to work my upper body more as I do a lot of cycling for my legs. I've gotten a lot of exercise this week,but there is no healthy food in the cafeteria and I don't know what to do. I don't have the option of bringing lunch and I absolutely have to eat.Today I had a bake potato with broccoli, some milk and jello. I know it sounds awful,but as soon as I get home I'm on the bike. Any advice? BTW I watch the biggest loser. Anybody else?

I totally understand what your saying! My cafeteria only has 1 healthy thing in it and that's the salads which aren't all that great. And omg I watch biggest loser did a new season start?!? :)

I totally understand your problem. My caferteria serves things like chicken sandwhiches and fries, pizza, and what's supposed to be "spaghetti". I used to eat all of that junk till I discovered the salad bar. Now, I usually just have a salad at lunch! Or I pack what ever was leftover from dinner in a thermos and i'm good to go! So, see if your caferteria has salads, or invest in a thermos! You don't have to pack a whole meal or anything.
And no I don't watch biggest loser. I'm not allowed to watch T.V during the week:/
