Ht. 5'5", Start: 147 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - So I weighed myself today, didn't lose a pound not an ounce and I'm very angry that I took it out of my sisters boyfriend. Aren't I doing it right I've stuck to one thing all week and a half. I ate less sugar and chips and I feel really fat right now. I go to gym everyday and I work on jumping jacks, I jumped some rope and I even worked out my body, everyday since I started on here. Now either I'm being impatient, because I am known for that or I'm just not doing it right. Can someone help me, please!

Cheese and bread isn't bad for you; carbs are needed to burn energy if you exercise a lot. Choose the subs. They're much healthier than the other greasy, fatty choices.

I know the feeling of exercising everyday and eating healthy and nothing changing. Currtently that is whats happening to me...
today i went to the doctor- and asked her about it, she told me that sometimes you hit a Plato where you don't lose weight for a little while, but you WILL lose weight...ur body just has to adjust and work it out
basically, keep up the healthy lifestyle and over time you will lose weight! good luck p.s. i am 144 and 5'2.5"

I forgot something, so at school we have two choices in lunch and one it a regular meal ( chicken nuggets, chicken sandwiches, tacos, cheese sticks, etc...) or a sandwich that consists of anything I want ( cheese lettuce ham ,etc) which meal should I choose I'm having trouble since apparently breads and cheeses are bad for you when your on a diet.
