Last year i stayed with my grandparents for 7 months because my mom had to go abroad. I didn't watch my weight at all there and they spoiled me with all sorts of candy and chocolate (you know how grandparents are :P). I was basicly a lazy couch potato there and my weight shot up with 60 lbs :( i wish i could turn back time because i always was pretty slim and now i have this big belly and none of my old clothes fit me anymore. I get out of breath much easier and i really want to do somethjing about it. Any one have an idea want kind of diet i must take? And how long will it take to reach my goal? Oh and one more thing, which i am really ashamed of: i have little man boobs, will they be gone aswell, because people have been making fun of me :( greets Casey

YOU are a person, you are special and you want to do something about your weight- which is your challenge at this time in life. So tell ur mom that you know your overweight and you want to do something about it. WEIGHT SHOULD NOT BE SHAMEFUL. But it should MOTIVATE you for a HEALTHIER lifestyle. Welcome to the board!:D Anyway, you`re not going on a diet,you`re going on a life style change.Try to eat 1/2 your portions,stay away from junk food and love fruits and veggies!(if your like me i love them,but can`t always afford them,eat them at school!::D)try going for walks and doing jumprope! If you thinkof it at as a game you want to win,you will! goodluck!<3 ::D

Walk the dog. Eat veggies, healthy, raw, or cooked, not fried. Eat a lot of furit. Drink lots of water. Jessica16.
