I can't think of anything but resisting the temptation, which most of the time i can't do. I'm guessing all of you guys had the urge to eat candy and didn't stop to think about what it would do to you, right. Today at school I had a dollar extra for school and they were selling cookies and i bought two without even considering that I was on a diet, when I finally realized that I was on a diet, I'd already finished both, and then I cussed out loud and got a referral, sadly.

Reply from Sabrina, Age 13 - 11/14/11 - IP#: 174.54.152.xxx Hi Abbie! ok for ur food thing,go for a walk for bout 10 min 3times a day or 30 min 1 time a day!(to burn off sugar cals!:P)also to resist temptaion of sugar,(and other evil muncheis >:D...) try to stay away from the kitchen,to keep busy,chew sugar free gum every 2hrs or so(chewing gum for 1hr burns 10 cals!:0...) so you feel like your eating(comforting for some) try to keep applesauce handy,a sweet snack that isnt as bad as cake,or icecream...(or the delicous twix bars....)so i hope these tips helped! goodluck!!!<3byee!
