Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Hey! I need opinions on this meal plan, help me out?
-Breakfast-: 1 cup 1% milk, 1 cup Cheerios, 1 sliced banana
-Snack-: 1 medium apple, carrots
-Lunch-: 1 can of Light Progresso soup, salad with 1/2 serving of Vegetarian beans and veggies
-Snack-: grapes and 2 celery sticks
-Dinner-: 1 serving Campbell s Tomato soup mixed with water, corn or green beans
-Snack-: 2 celery sticks
I'm cautious of calories, but this equals to my total.
Please give me some advice or opinions on what to improve on. Thank you so much! Maddie

my nutritionist told me that te more protiens you eat the faster the weigth comes off a girl our age should be eating abouut 75 grams of protien a day i know it sounds like a lot but it isnt its really easy. your plan only consits of fruits and vegtrables but by eating those u arent giving your body enough to digest and keep your matabalism stable so thats why u should eat more protien i lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks by eating alot of protien

you need 2 protein servings per day so maybe add some lean meat at suppertime!

Looks good! This will definately get u losin weight and make u healthier. However, I do think every now and again you need to treat yourself but only a little! If your super healthy and going insane there's a posibility you'd snap and over eat. So do this but don't forget it's okay to treat yourself every few days- but don't over do it

It sounds pretty good to me Maddie :) have you ever considered fat free milk? It has even less calories which is always nice. The rest looks really healthy and super yummy ^_^
