Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys!!
So today is the offical day i start my 5lbs in 5weeks!!!Im taking my 20lbs,and dividing it by 5 which=4!Not following my concept?Then here,- i want to,oh i mean WILL lose 20lbs in 4 sections of 5lbs.If you still dont understand... 20lbs WILL be gone in 20 weeks,5 lbs for every 5 weeks (which is 20weeks/lbs,divided by 5weeks/lbs=4sections!!)If you still dont get it,well can`t help ya!!!!:P I will try to get AT LEAST 10 min of exercise a day,for the next 5 weeks,it will be difficult(especially with snow on the way) but i will pull through!!Any advice is honestly helpful so please reply!!!::D wish me luck!!!<3byeee!

I think I get it. 5 pounds in 5 weeks times 4 = 20 so 20 pounds in 20 weeks! I know you'll get it done! Just keep up the good work!

If you have an iPod touch or iPhone there's this app by Skimble called workout trainer and in the beginning they ask what you want to do, like lose weight, and stuff like that. It's perfect for you if it's snowing because there all indoor workouts unless you want to try the beginners running stuff. It's fun and helpful to me, but I do have sore legs right now which means it working, try it!
