Reply from Maddie, Age 13 - 11/30/11 - IP#: 208.90.180.xxx Shelby, just listen, my mom used to bake a cake every night. She would give everyone 1 piece. But, like the little piggy I was, I would eat 3 pieces! Take a piece of cake and cut it in half. Wrap the other half up and store it in the cupboard for tomorrow. Only allow your self half a piece or 1 cookie a day. Eat healthy for the rest of the day and then reward yourself with the half piece of cake after dinner. Try to stay in a 1400 calorie diet. I don't mean counting EVERYTHING you eat, keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat down to a cracker you had before dinner along with its fat contents and calories. Take a 20 minute walk around the house or in your neighborhood. Do this and you will start to lose weight. Email me if you wanna be weight loss buddies maddiebeeonetwothree@live.com

It makes you feel so good knowing that you ate something good other than falling into the temptation.
