Ht. 5'5", Start: 282 lb, Today: 282 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - hey everyone how was your day ? mine was soo much better did really well today had a tuna sandwich with a v8 juice and a bottle of water and a pear i felt full after eating just that. well everyone i hope you are doing better every day. my mom got me a gym membership starting every day after school startign next week when i get my card :) hope everything goes well !

Ok, I guess. I followed my complete diet but didn't get to exercise as much as I wanted to :( b/c I had to babysit my 4 siblings. Thats great! Congrats on taking the first steps to losing weight and getting healthier!

That sounds amazing! Your making a really solid start! enjoy the gym, its good time to relieve stress and learn to push urself! ...sometimes i think of all that i want or all that bugs me and tell myself that by doing this exercise i am making it go away- especially if its something having to do with my weight because then its true!
