From shelby, Age 15 - 12/01/11 - IP#: 108.12.24.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'5", Start: 282 lb, Today: 282 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - HOW EVERYONE TODAY!i did great today had a small bowl of life cereal with 1% milk it was great and a glass of orange juice for lunch i had a 1/4 of a sub and a cup of light popcorn and a bottle of water feeling more energized already! getting my gym membership tis weekend startignt next week but walked hom from school today took about 45 minutes then walked my dog when i got home. by christmas i hope to be 5 pounds lighter:) dads doing a craft show saturday and sunday get to do both and i have alot of walking up hills pulling carts behind me so it will be a good work out then i get to walk around the college campus so even more exercise on top of packing up so hopeing this weekend goes well wish every one a good day :)

I'm hoping I can fit into my moms old Holiday sweater with she was my age, its a M, but I know I've lost a inch or so already. Great work! Maddie
