Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - Ugh, you guys, I feel so awful. I haven't been keeeping up with my diet, i've been overeating again and I haven't even picked up my Insanity workout DVDS. Sometimes I wonder what's even the point, maybe I'm just supposed to be heavy :/

Aw... Lucy.Don't give up! Non of us are meant to be heavy. You just need to tell yourself every day in the mirror 'Its working' Look, you already lost 1lb. You can get to your goal weight soon. Go and get those DVDS and show everyone you can do it! We all know you can. :)

Lucy you lost a pound get back on your diet,there is always tomrrow to start! dont give up! why not do your workout DVDS!drink water when you are about to binge,,I would not give up!jump rope,running,walking,jog.
