Ht. 165 cm, Start: 66 kg, Today: 65.5 kg (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 55 kg - Hey girls, just cheaking in. Yesterday I rode my bike to the swimming pool, swam 1 km and then rode home. I am going again tomorrow because I plan to do it every second day. I'm trying so hard but not much is working and I really need to lose quite a bit of weight really soon. If you know how to lose weight quickly but safety, please comment, I'm talking, 4 pounds a week guys!  (Note: 165 cm, 65.5 kg is 5'5", 144 lb.)

Meg you can do it! 4 pounds a week is a little to much,try 1-2 pounds a week! biking is great! try runnung,walking,jump rope.
drink lots of water, eat small portions}furits,vegtables,85% lean meat,or meatless meals.
