Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 151 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 108 lb - Happy New Year!
I can't seam to get over the flu! I'm sicker today then I was yesterday. Can't wait for Meg's 2 week challenge. Setting my hopes high for around 4-6 pounds!
My new diet consists on 1100 calories per day, 20 grams fat, 25 grams fiber, 1000-1500 mg sodium and 5 tbs. sugar.
My new routine: Walk to my community park 3 times, 20 minutes step ups, 300 leg lifts while lifting weights, 10 minutes hard core strength training.
Happy New Year everyone! Don't give up! It gets easier and easier.

Feel better Maddie! drink lots of fludis, eat some soup, Jello, you lost 20 pounds! that really great! keep going with the weight loss!
