I eat healthy, that's not a problem, my problem is that i do not do as much exercise. I get discouraged because i have tried to loose weight but is hard because i have PCOS ( it makes it hard for girls to loose weight).I am going to start doing more exercise and hopefully loose at least 50 pounds by June 1st (PROM NIGHT!).

And Jessica I did check myself with the doctor but they havent given me anything :/ and thank you for the advice and support :)

I've been doing them for about a week now and I've lost 2lbs. You just stand in front of a bench, chair, or stool and step up and down! I do that for 1 hr in the morning and 1/2 hour in the evening.
