Ht. 5'5", Start: 169 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Does anyone watch their Carb / Calorie intake or is everyone just eating right? I wanted to know how many calories I should be taking each day.

I watch my calories and carbs. I eat anywhere from 1000-1200 calories a day and am losing weight with light exercise. (Kicking it into gear little by little.)

I heard about 2000 calories per day for a girl, but it really just depends on height and weight.
