Went back to school and at school I eat school lunch, I think that's the problem. Schools don't make the healthiest lunches but I figured if I did eat that much of my lunch that it wouldn't be as bad, I guessed wrong. So I think I'm goin to start bringing a lunch from home. And for my exercise besides working extra hard at practice and walking to school, I'm doing sit-ups to help get rid of my belly fat, it's actually working. Maybe this can help some of you guys too!
