But I'm getting better at resisting. And I've lost 10 pounds though!!! Yay!!! :) it feels amazing knowing that I've done this good, even though the up and downs. Reply from Aliza, Age 16 - 01/15/12 - IP#: 99.147.124.xxx yay!!! congrats on the 10lbs! thats a huge accomplishment! -and just for being full- the trick is protien (and water) you dont have to eat tons to fill yourslef up- you just have to eat the right foods. With your meals try to drink a cup of water b4 to fill you up and drink with your eating. Also try having stuff with protein- like eggs or milk and whole grain. Also try to have a fruit or veggi with the meal- they also contain water! :) hope this helps to fill you up :) no need to starve just cuz ur eating healthy!
