I can sort of see differences in my body now, my stomach only makes me look half Pregnant now and you can sort of see a line going down the middle , hoping to get a mini 6 pack :) I run or fast walk every day for 30 mins atleast, jump on trampoline, go on eliptical, and do yoga and muscle exercises, wishing the results would show faster though :s

And its confusing I used to go to the gas station and eat like a whole bag of chips and chocolate (like everyday ) and when they closed it down I lost weight gradually because I was eating less, and also went outside a lot with friends , so I slowly lost it and then a few years later (now) I gave up pop and started working out and eating healthy and iv lost a few pounds since I actually started trying
