To be able to do that, you should eat clean (eating few refined carbs, unhealthy fats, etc., while keeping most of your food natural) and strength train! Cardio burns more calories in a single session, but gaining muscle boosts your metabolism, just by being alive! Because muscle burns more calories than fat.
