Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Do any of you guys know of exercise routines that you can do well your sick? I been sick since Friday and I haven't really been able to exercise that much cause I will start to feel worse and when I'm sick I eat really little snacks/ meals all day and I've been gaining weight. If you guys have any tips on exercising while your sick please let me now!!! Because all of this gaining weight back is just making me feel worse :(

Rachel don't be dicourged! small portions,drink lots of water,once your well again start walking,running,jog,jump rope,look at your clothes that you like so much that don't fit yet as a inspration ! you can do it!

I've been sick too, for a week now :c I've just been trying to stay on my feet as much as possible, and doing dumb little things like walking in place while watching tv and stuff :) Making yourself feel worse by over exerting yourself sucks, so keep it minimal until you feel well
