Wish me luck!(: I'm planning on playing lacrosse or soccer this year, but I won't be able to unless I get my physical and I'm too scared too because last time I went the doctor was all happy for me becuase I like lost a lot of fat and got leaner and lost some weight, and now i've gained a ton of weight and i'm afraid of what exactly I weigh or what she's going to say. She's going to mention how I'm overweight now and un-healthy, so i'm kind of putting it off, but I need one or else I can't play! Ugh! #Fatgitl Problems

You need to eat 2000, calories a day depending on your bone type bone frame and hight. You can do it! eat less small portions, drink lots of water,walking running don't give up! Jessica16.
